WARRANTY AND RETURNS

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Any quality anomaly or defect not attributable to the customer must be reported directly in writing via the contact email address, accompanied by proof of payment.

Errors on the part of the seller:

In the event of an error on our part, we undertake to:

- Return damaged merchandise, if applicable.

- Compensate the customer for additional costs generated by the situation.

Exclusion of warranty:

The seller assumes no liability for damage caused by third parties. In particular, we decline all liability for damage resulting from misuse, excessive use or related to normal wear and tear of the product.

RETURNS

 

Items delivered to the customer, whether private or professional, in accordance with the order confirmation, are neither returned nor exchanged.

Deadline for reporting an error: 

Each customer must check that the merchandise received corresponds to that ordered. A period of 10 days (including public holidays) from the date of delivery of the package(2) is granted to report any error(3) and assert your rights with the seller. After this period, the seller reserves the right to deal with the case as he wishes.

(2) If the customer is responsible for a delay in delivery due to an error on his part (for example, an incorrect address) or his absence during delivery, the date of the delivery person's first visit will be taken into account.

(3) Any errors must be reported in writing via e-mail.info@tchoutchou.ch. Communications made by other means or on other platforms (e.g. comments on Facebook/Instagram, reviews on Facebook/Google, private messages on Instagram, etc.) will not be considered in the event of a dispute due to of their modifiable and/or erasable content.
