DELIVERIES IN SWITZERLAND

Addresses in Switzerland are delivered by Swiss Post. If the ordered products are in stock(1), delivery time varies between 3 and 5 working days. Standard shipping costs within Switzerland are CHF 5.00 per order, unless otherwise indicated by the seller. However, private customers benefit from free delivery in Switzerland for all orders worth CHF 50.00 or more.

(1) In the event of a stock shortage for certain products, the seller will contact the customer as soon as possible to offer the following options, if feasible:

- Sending the order in several packages as soon as each product is available. 

- Sending the order in a single package as soon as all products are available.

DELIVERIES ABROAD

Shipping costs within Europe are CHF 10.00 per order, unless otherwise indicated by the seller. However, private customers benefit from free delivery in Europe for all orders worth CHF 80.00 or more.

Shipping costs to the rest of the world are CHF 15.00 per order, unless otherwise indicated by the seller. Private customers benefit from free delivery to the rest of the world for all orders worth CHF 100.00 or more.
